If you've been suffering from neck pain for a while, you know how debilitating it can be. It can interfere with your daily life, work, and even your sleep.

But don't worry, we've got you covered! The right mobilizations and stretches for your neck can help it to feel a lot better fast.

In this video, I'll show you some effective stretching and mobilizing exercises to help you alleviate your pain, improve your range of motion, and feel better in no time.

WHO IS THIS VIDEO FOR?
Anyone who has had neck pain for a while will benefit from watching this video.

The key is to perform the proper mobilizations to your vertebrae to help them move better and then follow that up with the proper stretches to help increase your motion and decrease pain.

Anyone suffering from joint pain, arthritis, limited range of motion, or feelings of having a “stuck” joint will benefit from watching this video. Basically if you can’t turn your head or look up without pain, this video is for you!

TWO KEY CONCEPTS
1. The more limited you feel in your motion, the higher up in your neck the likely problem is.
2. The spinous processes (bones on the back of your neck) move in the opposite direction as motion (if you look left they move right).

These two concepts should help to enhance your exercises and therefore improve your results.

Dr. Jared, I think I see a bit of irony developing in your life. Soon you may earn more from your YouTube channel than your practice, not to mention you'll become an international celebrity. Keep up the great work; you're helping untold numbers of people.

I suffer from neck pain for years. X-ray and mri state nothing out of ordinary. Injections don’t work. I have done PT, acupuncture, massage and chiropractic therapy. What do you recommend for a best sleeping pillow? I have tried the a few pillows that state they are best for the neck and they are not. I am a side sleeper. Thank you

Thank you but what do you recommend for someone with a C3 thru C7 spinal fusion? I also have nerve damage coming out of my spine at C7 plus lower back laminectomy at L3 thru L6. I also have nerve root damage on both sides of my lower back. These two surgeries were within 10 months of each other. I can barely type this without mega pain and I am now on Long term disability. My surgeon said I was fine to go to NURSE PRACTIONER SUCKS and I was blown off the entire time after surgery. They act like NOTHING is wrong with me yet I can hardly, walk, sit, stand or hold a pen, type or wash dishes. My house is a mess I can't clean it and now I have lost my job. :( Help please
