Even better texture/flavor if you salt after cutting and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes, then rinse well, drain moisture, pat dry, and season.

Anna, you have to try smashed Avacado mixed with sugar and milk powder. It's like an Avacado sauce but, you are gonna love it. I always eat my Avacado like this.


(Don't add water. Just mix the 3 ingredients and eat it. First try it without milk powder and then with it because, some prefer it without the milky taste)
