This craving was SO strong when I was pregnant. I’d each it at midnight before bed. I still love this salad to this very day haha. So good! Sometimes I do sesame seed oil and soy sauce 🤤🤤🤤 the oil, salt and crunch. Offfftttt haha.

We do the cucumber like that, but I go a step further and push paper towels to get more moisture. Slivered purple onion, and I do a tiny bit of EVOO. This baby is going to be a Chef.
