Mom always made Cucumbers and sour cream. So good.

I upscaled it though.
Cucumbers, mini tomatoes cut up all. Cube hard mozzarella. Mix with olive oil and apple cedar vinegar and half a pack of dill dip mix. Depending on how many Cucumbers and tomatoes you use determines the amount of vinegar and oil. Think of it like a dressing. Not too much
