Have been hitting the gym for 4 months now. Pehle pehle mera bhi aisa tha ki weight loss karna hai, bas. Dhire dhire wo mindset change hoke focus abhi sirf apne body ke hisab se routine banane pe aya. I am not just after the weight loss part now. There's more to it and I am genuinely enjoying my progress.

I've been doing it since last 11 months and I've gained around 4 or 5kg of muscles. It's not visible nicely but yeap maybe in next 2 years it will be visible. My suggestion is not to force yourself, enjoy it while doing it. You don't need to hit the gym everyday. Give yourself rest to cuz muscles needs rest. All the best guys

Going to gym since last 3-4 years and this is the best advice one can give🙌🏻. Jitni jaldi progress ke liye bhagoge utna hi ganda downfall hoga agar injury ho gyi, ya fed up ho gye. Aaraam se maze ke saath exercise/ diet follow kro. Zyada restrictions ki tumhe zarurat bhi nhi hai unless you want to compete. Everyone has their own body type, growth speed etc. So don't compare and try to do extreme stuff others are doing .
