3. Towel - gym sessions can be sweaty! This will help to keep you dry
4. Watch - if you have a fitness tracker, this is great for tracking workouts
5. Bottle of water - staying hydrated is key!

6. Resistance bands - great for warming up or adding resistance to your exercises
7. Toiletries - if you're planning on showering, these are great to have
8. Post workout snack - ideal for anyone who finds themselves hungry straight after a workout
