Thank you for this video i'm a 25 year old and my wife of nearly 5 years is truly my best friend we could spend every moment together and it not be enough. We've been struggling with the idea of having children and losing that. I was always taught growing up that having kids meant that our relationship gets side lined and our purpose becomes the child as if the deterioration of our marriage and a child were just two sides to the coin of life. Its reassuring to have a more seasoned adult say that in fact its okay to put a high value on our marriage and that we would not have to lose who we are to have children.

This is so stinking good! It took us a while to figure this out. So much grace and patience for yourself and your spouse. Now growing our 3rd kid and on a tight budget, we do Sunday night as a movie night. Kids go to bed, we pick out a movie!

Also, household chores DONT MATTER many days! Obviously dishes and laundry need to be done, but save more extraneous chores for when you’re both home! Anyone in this position: this phase passes (but not overnight) and it DOES get better as long as you’re working toward that goal!

Too late for me.

Prodigal children became a wedge between me and my wife.

Been separated for over 4 years and wife has stage IV Cancer and most likely will be gone in a year or two.

It's a test.
