Why did this man explain the same process to me in three different ways?

The flow of this video is so freaking confusing. It's almost as if the person who made it just randomly arranged the segments.

Just a curious question, why the employer didn't use gloves when touching the butter?
Isn't it make it prone to mold or bacteria?

The way you explained sounds very professional. I think you should get in that business!

yeah, no, this is definitely not chronological in the manufacturing process. final packaging appears more then 3 separate times. how do you even do that?

You don't pasturize before separation of the skim and cream. It gets pasteurized after separation when products are combined.

Something is wrong with the video editing. I am confused with the process. First 2 minutes are clear, then the narration and video are all here and there makes no sense . Plus lots of workers touch the butter with bare hands, in a small bakery Otis ok, but not in a factory.😢

Gosh… so the milk/cream is pasteurised THREE times? Salt added twice? Perhaps AI film editing really IS the way!

I didn't know there was so much salt in butter.

For a second I thought the person on the top of the pasturising tank was taking a sip 😂😂

Take the narrator to phono audiologist.
Very unpleasant.
