For those who do not know difference between Ghee and Clarified butter, clarified butter is not cultured while Ghee goes through fermentation process of Milk - Curd - Butter - Ghee.

What you get in market from most famous brands is clarified butter in the name of the Ghee because Govt. of India does not distinguish between both in FSSAI standards.
