I liked how he used a wooden spoon to take the cream out of the jar and then a flexible spatula to try to squeeze the liquid out of the butter lol

In India, with its warm weather the cream gets cultured in good 6 to 8 hours.. and the residual yogurty buttermilk is also not wasted. Add salt and cumin powder and it becomes a yogurt drink.
