great videos man, i really enjoy your channel! :) one question: I noticed that most of the time, you're probably around 12% bodyfat or something like that. Do you ever shredd down to like 8 or 9 percent to get a few extra inches or do you think it's not worth it due to lack of strength in a caloric deficit? regards from germany :)

Logic.. But power is the ability to move ones bodyweight in an explosive & fast fashion. & that is achieved of course by ones pure strength which you explained in the vid, correct me if I'm wrong
