Great video this really helped me a lot, some days I could can jump really high and some days I don’t have that same lift. At first I thought it was just fatigue but it was my technique

Imma need this. I can grab the rim but can't dunk a basketball. But I can dunk a baseball or tennis ball

I can confirm arm swings are very important. It added 3 inches to my vert while catching lobs

Hope my 30 yr old knees allow this again. I've only dunked once in a pickup game at 21. I think bc bruh tried to push me. Adrenaline

The stutter step is fine as long as you have your controlled power steps together. Jumping/dunking is also a rhythm.

You are hands down the best online basketball coach ever. Your videos are quick, concise, and helpful. Instead of deepening our bags and stuff, you help us absolutely master the most important moves. I can touch rim if I run up, but I am like 3 inches from the rim if I just do a standing jump. It’s cause I jump off one leg. If I could learn how to jump off 2, I could dunk in a couple of weeks. I’m 5’ 9”. This video is amazing, cause not only have I finally learned how to jump off 2, I’m feeling very confident about it. Expect to hear back about my first dunk. Thank you so much for all the help.

Jump quicker is definitely the right mindset!

It's not about going as deep as possible to explode up, you'll end up getting fatigued for no reason. Jumping quicker will definitely get you the vert you want for the right amount of stamina spent
