That’s why my back hurts coz I am doing it wrong the whole time. 😅 Im sucking in my stomach during workout when it is need to lie down.

Plus looks like its hard for us engaging that core during workout especially when we still have our beer belly and we don’t have that flat tummy yet. 😅

Btw, this is a clear explanation than the others. 😅
