That was a fantastic cardio! Your shadow did an amazing job! Whoever it is, is used to the moves and could follow quickly like a shadow! I only have to wait 2 hours to find out since I did this in the afterparty!! Yay!!

This was really clever. I give a lot of credit to whomever your shadow is. I am claustrophobic and would be dying in that costume. This was such a great workout! I still think it’s Liam. He could be posting to throw everyone off. I have never seen the sneakers before and from what you said about last night having a guest there, they must not be local to PA. But I could be totally wrong! My legs are sore from ice skating then lower body from yesterday. I felt my legs feeling more loose with all the kicks we did. My legs kept getting higher with each kick.
