We don’t always have the ability to take off or the money for self care. We have to work. Some of us were not born with a trust fund.

We've reached a point in American society where you have to work twice as hard to make a honest living. You can't afford to take a wonderful vacation or just get away anymore. What happened to a time when you can afford to take a vacation, pay all your bills, and have food on the table all under one great income?
