The absolute worst thing about depression is when your loved ones who have never suffered from it before get so angry at you when your depression begins to affect them, as well. That's when the "you gotta snap out of this and get your act together right now" comments start flying at you. Trust me, if it were possible for us to just "snap out of it" we would have done it long before it started affecting you.

I have severe depression, anxiety attacks, panic attack, suicidal ideation, and currently on medication. Medicine are pretty expensive though....I'm a 19 yr old boy and have been suffering since I was 13 and I went a psychiatrist when I turned 19... Please go to doctor and trust me it helps... I never thought anything would help

to anyone reading this.

look, the SH needs to stop. it's for your own wellbeing. clean the wounds. because if the wounds don't get clean, it gets infected. when the wounds get infected, you'll be in so much pain. you'll have scars all over your body and you won't be happy. you may think at this point, "i'll just stop being here to solve the issue. no. because that isn't a good mindset. when you hate your life you can't end it, you need to fix it. be the one to fix what's broken. if you can't call the police, call a trusted adult, or a irl friend. i hope your doing okay, trust me, it's gonna end if your trying.
