Absolutely love this page, I’ve been following since I was 14 (I’m 21 now) and I’m lucky that this is the first one I came across and loved. Great workout
24 min for full workout and it's feel so good. I often go through bad times and stop working out and it always hard to get back to exercise so I like this kind of short low impact that I can modify as I go through the exercise depend on the mood and situation but all in all in the end of them I will feel way better and it increase the chance of me getting back to exercise. It great help THANK YOU 🤍🤍
