As an advocate of eft and hypnosis, he answers, Glenn answers a lot of questions like:

How does eft work ?
How does tapping work?
What is tapping for weight loss?
What is hypnosis?
Does hypnotherapy work?
Can hypnosis help me lose weight?

He is passionate about bringing evidence based ideas in eating psychology, exercise psychology, weight psychology, and body-image psychology to you in an informational, fun, and non-stigmatizing way and as he has done in his role as the on-screen consultant psychologist on The Biggest Loser, he loves sharing his thoughts with you through this YouTube channel.

I can't think of any more frustrating, boring and unrewarding way to waste some of the 3 hours I have to myself after work than having to cook my food. I just hate it - all of it. I hate the choosing, the planning, the timing of getting the right ingredients before they go off, I hate the waiting during cooking, I hate the cleaning it involves and I don't enjoy homecooked meals nearly enough for it to feel like it pays off. Let's face it. We've come out of a time where it was customary for a home to be for a family, and for that family to have 1 adult at home most of the time to do the household and cooking. That's not reality anymore for most of us.

So I sat through a 2.5 minute intro where I'm explained why somebody I don't know has a mustach only to be told that my solution to not wanting to cook is to just cook

I'm confident in the kitchen. I worked as a cook in a modern Italian restaurant for 3 years and I've been cooking for myself for 10 years. I just don't want to cook anymore. It takes up too much time

I guess the main reason I don’t cook is my impatience. Gotta be cuz I eat out a lot

i hate cooking... i love healthy food and I am actually fairly good at it, but I hate cooking it...I'm a working mother of three and wife and my culture demands that I should love cooking..(sigh) i prefer cleaning to cooking tbh

Ok, here is my problem, I am completely impatient when it comes to eating, the idea of waiting for food to cook and all the cleaning up is enough to stop me from doing it, so I live off nuts and fruit and salad sandwiches, even making a sandwich is a chore, I have been a vegetarian for 48 years and no fish or eggs either, tried microwave meals a couple of times but they were literally disgusting, so whilst my diet is fairly healthy it is starting to get very boring, my daughter is the complete opposite and loves to cook and loves food and when she is here I have a more varied diet but she is 19 now and not here as often, what are my options, I see food as fuel and know my body needs it but get little enjoyment out of it, any suggestions? apart from not being such a lazy bastard.

most of the pleasure that comes from cooking, is from cooking for someone that appreciates it. Im single and don't see my friends during the week, so it's an absolute drag to cook

Fun in planning. Nope. Fun in cooking. Nope. Fun in eating, yes as long as I haven't cooked it. Family doesn't understand as they love to cook....

my guy, I'm a good cook. But as others stated here: cooking takes a lot of time and energy, and you have to do it for the rest of your life to survive. Eating is so stressfull to me only because of cooking, planning etc. I don't have any ED or severe weight problems (under or over) and its just a matter of: it's boring and stressful to cook. If you were looking for someone who feels like I do, go to depression forums. There are plenty of people who see eating as a boring chore, something that isn't enjoyable at all. For something that we do every single day of our lifes, I would prefer if it was at least a little bit enjoyable...

I don't like cooking myself it's to much work, and to time consuming I know it's important to learn especially when you go out and live on your own.
Cooking requires a lot of patience which I don't have I know it's lazy but I just don't have the love for it.
I don't have a problem washing all the dishes I'll do that very easy.

My super lazy every day meals:

Breakfast: One big sliced Fuji apple with natural peanut butter (dip the apple like fries in ketchup). I use a spoon in the jar to help me get the peanut butter.
Lunch: Two sliced cucumbers, which can also be between meal snacks depending on my hunger, and one can of green beans, right out of the can after I drain and rinse it.
Super: One ramen cup (spicy shrimp) with one piece of dark chocolate afterwards.
Drink: Beet and lemon juice in a 2.2 liter bottle with a straw.

Remember to eat slowly and really enjoy the food so you can feel full! I also take multivitamin gummies and a joint supplement before breakfast.

If you want an easy dessert, chia seed pudding is simple to make! You just mix a few ingredients, put it in the fridge for an hour, and your done!

Actually I hate cooking because all the prep it requires. All the chopping, buying the ingredients beforehand (because I live in a 3rd world country and doesn't have a fridge) and other things.
I wish I could order like literally every ingredients and herbs and seasonings and sauces pre made, pre cut, pre boiled, pre minced, pre diced etc shipped to my house so when I need to cook I just throw things into a pan and stir fry it or just throw bunch of pre cut vegetables into hot boiling water and make a soup. It would save a lot of time and a lot of pots and pans to clean.

Really really enjoying your backdrop mate looks hella profesh
Tips are actually so helpful as well.
I find for myself as well is getting out of the mind set that I don’t have enough time.
I work 2 jobs and study full time but I will have 15-30 mins in my day to cook a quick meal or two, I think we really overestimate how much time goes into our cooking but the stress of day to day makes us put it off. Finding peace of mind helped

As people have mentioned here there simply is barely any time to cook. Most people are working upwards of 50 hours a week, 8+ hours daily and simply don't have the time or don't want to spend what little time they have to relax doing planning, shopping, prepping, and cooking. I work and go to school, and my schedule is always PACKED. I am too exhausted to put aside an hour+ every day to cook only for myself while also going through the annoying routine of forgetting an ingredient or something going bad and having to buy another one. Its exhausting, the real problem is our society forcing us to slave over our jobs destroying our mental health to the point we cant cook.

I hate cooking because it is expected from me to cook as a women. Especially in my family. And I also hate it bcs I have to cook for everyone if I make something to eat for myself and my parents shout at me for cooking for myself.
I am 22 now and I still hate cooking.

I can cook well, but hate the task. My usual ways around it are:

Breakfast: Over night oats with presliced almonds, a chia seed mix, some raisins, cinnamon, and a bit of chocolate milk mix or maple syrup. Then some blueberries or a sliced strawberry added in the morning.
Add or take out any parts you want. It's hard to mess up. Most of the ingredients also last forever.
If you're "cooking" for one, almond milk lasts longer than regular dairy

For lunch and dinner, I just like produce that doesn't need to be cooked, or notably prepped.
Fruits and nuts are very simple. Raw carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli tips are just fine for me with a simple dressing. One I like: some orange juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin or other simple spices.
Stores also tend to have fairly healthy oven ready fish that you can put on tin foil for easy cleanup.
