I need some answers asap please.

I have been going to gym for 5 months but i rarely ever do abs exercises. Probably 3 reps of any 1 ab exercise for only once or twice in a month. But 2 days ago, i did 100 v ins and outs (4 sets of 25 reps) without warming up my lower body muscles(i know it was stupid but i usually never felt when i used to do them 2-3years ago so i thought it would be same this time as well) but now it's been 2 days...i am not able stand, walk, sit or lie down properly without pain and discomfort. I had been doing some hip flexor exercises to ease the discomfort..but i don't feel like it's helping at all. Can you please tell how long does it usually take to get better?
