30-min Yoga For Emotional Release & Hip Tension : All Levels

Relieve emotional tension that you may be holding onto in your body with this gentle, slow 30-minute vinyasa & yin yoga class. We will be focus on hip and shoulder stretches are as these are common areas for stress, sadness and many other emotions to be stored and held, causing pain, tension and even headaches.
It's a slow class suitable for all levels as I will offer a couple of pose variation that you can try in order to make this yoga sequence your own, and to hopefully suit your body and your practice.
Some of Yoga poses we will be holding on to for up to 10 deep breaths are:
Pigeon pose
Side Lunge (Skandasana)
Seated Forward fold (Pashchimottanasana)
Puppy Pose (Uttana Shishosana)
Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana)
