Thank you for this practice. I survived a mass shooting in 2019. It's been a long road to recover for myself and my children. Lotus to you, buddha to be.

C-PTSD from repeated relational traumas throughout childhood and teens. Turning to this after having multiple flashbacks in the day. I hope this helps alleviate the alternating turmoil and dissociation just a lil bit. My heart goes out to my fellow survivors. I love y'all like no one loved me. We all deserve love, respect and kindness for struggling. Never ever belittlement or invalidation. No matter how much even those 'related' to us claim we don't deserve. Nope. No human is inherently evil. Do we do evil things? Yes. Here's to recovery

I got myself here and cried through the entire thing. And afterwards I was able to at least put it all back in my head for now. Thank you.

This was so beautiful. I’ve felt stuck in fight or flight for years despite trying so hard to rest and heal. After doing this practice this morning it’s almost as if I can feel my brain stem relaxing. Thank you! ❤️

This was amazing. I've read various things about how trauma and ptsd informed yoga can help with trauma recovery and was 50/50 about trying it but decided to give it a go as I start my next stage of recovery. This was the first time that I felt grounded, relaxed and not feel tense and I haven't felt this way in so long!! I'm amazed how much it has affected me and thank you so much for sharing this practice!

Best yoga for PTSD class I've found on here.

The class radiates the energy of your experience. You can tell you found this practice out of necessity.

Your personality and energy support me in my practice. The stillness in between directions for poses is something you don't find that so often in yoga classes online, which I very much appreciated.

Thank you very much

My dog was in a pretty serious dog fight last night and it was bloody awful. I had to break it up. Luckily everyone is okay. Many thanks for this practice, slowed me down a little today.

All yoga practices should be trauma informed imo, but this is so good. The adult nap time at the end was divine and thats coming from someone that finds savasana triggering
