Good morning 😊, I just wasn’t in the mood to exercise today but saw this video and decided to give it a try. And now I feel relaxed and the pain in my shoulder is gone. Thank you Akshaya 😊. Could you please add a few more videos that focus on de-stressing?

I really love your quiet approach to yoga. One of the most peaceful sessions I have seen, as would be expected of a yoga session. I tried a few of these poses, but I am unable to do those that requires use of the wrist. I would ve so thankful if you could come up with some standing/chair yoga sessions that are wrist free.🙏🙏

the moves were so flowing in my body structure, it has barely felt as if they were "exercises". feel so smooth right now.
