Doing trauma and grief work. Best friend suicided a year ago. My brother is dying from alcoholism. This session allowed me to cry. Grateful. Like your gentle voice giving directions. Will watch more of your videos.

My daughter transcended 7 months ago and it's been tough for me and this I can honestly say helped me today to RELEASE to CRY and let go of some of my emotions that needs to be released... GRATITUDE for this video💜

i cried so much in certain poses i felt like stopping and just bawling there. but i continued and felt there's still so much more to let out. Thank you. I needed this.

Have been at a difficult time in life, where nothing is right but nothing is too wrong either but just wrong enough for so long that it hurts.

I'm recovering from a burn out and doing this practice EVERY night before sleep. It's perfect for me. I've tried different types of yoga, but this slow paced and relaxing one is making me feel so calm! Thank you!
