Cabbage, mushrooms, and carrots are my go tos for ramen toppings. Also a chili oil egg if I'm getting a little fancy but still easy to do (love this series. You've inspired me to be more adventurous in my ramen explorations)

I love the Shin Black ramen. I always have a bag of frozen sliced mixed mushrooms in my freezer and add a handful. Hard boiled eggs, green onion, frozen, peeled shrimp or imitation crab meat, and just about any leftover veggies are usually handy. Soooo good! ❤

those dried ramen topping are ok. I ordered a bag myself but tbh I would rather go with the real stuff as an alternate, if you add too much you get cereal pretty much.

I usually eat my instant ramen stir-fried alongside its included seasoning and oil, and my favourite additional ingredients are chopped garlic, chopped scallions, and peas and carrots that I stir-fried along with it 😋
The few times I've eaten it like how it's supposed to be prepared (like in this video), however, I added chopped scallions, a soft-boiled egg, half a nori sheet, and a slice of vegetarian ham 😋

An egg poached in the noodle broth, fried smoked tofu and sugar snap peas. Quck, easy and delicious. Literally just ate it right now.

I like to add leftovers! Usually fish like salmon or tuna are my go to, but soy sauce eggs are also one of my favourites

i did a beef ramen with roast meat, saluted mushrooms in butter, and poached eggs in the ramen with some yuzu Japanese barbeque sauce when you add the mushrooms dont drain the butter fat it adds to the broth and once the whites are fully cooked break the yolk to mix with the broth and then add the yuzu sauce it taste gooood

I like to add whatever veggies are in my fridge, scallions, sesame oil, sesame seeds, Sriracha and shredded seaweed if I have it ❤️❤️

I once made a beautiful bowl, adding green onions, a chicken thigh and a marinated ramen egg. It was so simple but so good!

I like adding dried garlic, onion, and cabbage so that they rehydrate while cooking the noodles

I add whatever meat is in the fridge or frozen shrimp. Green onions and a few drops of scotch bonnet sauce.
