JonBenét Patricia Ramsey was an American child beauty queen who was killed at age six in her family's home at 755 15th Street in Boulder, Colorado, on the night of December 25, 1996. Her body was found in the house's basement about seven hours after she had been reported missing. She had sustained a broken skull, and a garrote was tied around her neck. The autopsy report stated that JonBenét's official cause of death was "asphyxia by strangulation associated with craniocerebral trauma". Her death was ruled a homicide.

To smile when being asked about potential violence towards your sister is just weird and creepy

Something about this guy creeps me out!

He may have completely blocked out that night, whether guilty or innocent.
Even if he hurt her by accident, and if the parents covered it up, they themselves would convince him he is not responsible. And he may even start believing it himself.

He was a 9 year old boy.
He's whole entire life is now centered around his little sister being murdered.... Weather he killed his sister, which is traumatizing, and he needs help. Or someone actually murdered his sister. That's a lot to have to cope with your entire life.

He is on the spectrum. His indicators would be different than what's expected. I believe he knows something.

I don’t think he’s lying. I have the same smiling problem when I’m nervous I’ve had it my entire life. I know exactly why he’s smiling.

I think he is on the spectrum of neurodivergence, which could contribute to the asynchronstic response, but he's always given me a hinkey feeling.

He's spent the last 28 yrs as a suspect. "This" will never be "cleared up once and for all"

Still, nobody knows what happened to that little girl, this is a shame.

Did not look at Dr. Phil squarely in the eye when he said “no”. Looked away and then said no, that’s a sign of lying.

Who wouldn’t be uncomfortable in this situation?? I think he was amazingly brave to even go on the show 👍👍

Okay, but this guy is in his thirties, and NO ONE ever told him that smile is creepy? No one ever told him it is not appropriate to do that?

I heard a theory recently proposing that the parents thought he might have done something to her so Patsy wrote a note to make it look like a stranger took her (her body had not been discovered yet). Then, when she had been found in the basement, they couldn't back out of the story they made up to protect Burke.

I don’t believe for a minute that he had anything to do with his sisters’ death. I feel really bad for him, as growing up in that abusive and dysfunctional household must have been very difficult and traumatic.🙏🏻😔

He’s a software engineer who comes across as socially awkward, but how many engineers do you know who aren’t a little shy or reserved? Many, right? He’s genuinely innocent. I hope he’s happily married, with a supportive wife who’s looking out for him. This handsome man deserves to live his life. I truly believe he was just nervous in this situation, as anyone would be. Engineers, in general, are known for their analytical minds but not always for their social skills.

Thank God for the people that hate being lied to - I think we should be persistent with the pressure

My theory is it was her brother because if it was either of the parents they would have blamed the one that did it and they would have never stayed together. it didn't appear that anyone broke into the house, it was an accident and they didn't want his life ruined -

Idk why but i feel deep sympathy for this guy. One look at him & i already know he's seen things & have been through alot. I think both the siblings went through some really dark things which is why he is the way he is today. Im sure he knows what went down that night & who is responsible and what his family is deeply involved in. Their dad being so rich & the stories about him & their grandfather, you can already connect the dots & figure out the type of family they really are.
