1h2h Exercise everyday, eat healthy (you should contact to a nutritionist), sleep 7h/8h. Do it everyday. 1year u will look fit.
Don’t overthink, don’t want to look more muscular fast, stay with the process. 4 month u will start seeing results

I am 58 and i do this every morning:
4x25 push up`s
4x4 pull up`s on the pull up bar on my door
4x10 squats
No breakfast just Ayran or Kefir my coffee without sugar.
It doesn`t only make me look good, but FEEL good for the rest of the day :)))

I think exercising 4-6 times a week and eating correctly could help, but obviously not as much as a few pushups and bodyweight squats.

I tried this and got muscular so quick that it made the muscles pop up in the past, and since i already had them, i never had to do the exercises! Wow guys this really works!

Im fat.
I go to the gym doing weights and stuff and eventually gonna get my diet right.

Or shud i just do cardio to loose fat faster and then build muscle ?

I need a hotel workout. I travel most days of the year and on day 25 of a 40 day water fast. No loose skin.

I’m projected to have 50lbs lost by day 40. 32-35lbs lost so far.
