Tried most exercises, swimming 4 times a week plus daily walking with a non inflammatory diet worked best for me

Thanks for the information. My mother had multiple disc surgeries of the lumbar and cervical spine which led to her being addicted to opiates. Eventually, her health deteriorated and she had a massive stroke which led to her dying of vascular dementia in her later years. She likely could have been in the 97% category if during the 90s this information was more widely known.

Thank you for the help and the education. For what it’s worth, I recommend you replace the clip of the man demonstrating Cat/Cow with someone who performs it gently to match the moment when you say “gentle”. I notice he is performing it VERY aggressively at the very moment when you say “gently”

You are amazing! I have been suffering with sciatica pain on both sides of my lower back since 2013! I have done the 'cobra' pose for 10 times only once and my sciatica pain is 80% better!!!! My heel of my left foot feels better too and I can't wait to go for a run pain free. Thank you so much.

I'm really going to try this cause the stiffness is REAL!!! But I would love some exercises on disc herniation in the neck and how to restore the curve in your neck. I have more back pain than neck pain but every now and then I need some exercises to keep my neck from being stiff and be flexible.

Doing this hopefully will help my knee pain, and big toe problems. I was told that my L4 and L5 are the source of my problems.

my dr recommended surgery after i already had a infusion on my lower back ...surgery above the infusion.., , , i have tried all exerciswe but the pain is very intense

Awesome video, thank you. What helped me a lot too is staying hydrated (not just drinking some water, drink 3 liters minimum) and putting a rolled up towel between my lower back and the chair.
