Very true! I even paid for a subscription one time thinking maybe I will meet less creepy men! nope still creeps that want me to meet them at their house 10pm at nite on the first date for a red box movie and take out! 😂😅

I'm 32 and when I was in young dating years there was a huge rise of dating not apps but sites. Most of my friends were crazy about those sites 😂 I didn't even registered on any cause I met my then boyfriend at 19, marry later at 25 so I never figured out how this online dating works. Omg I sound so old 😢

This is so true and nowadays you have to make sure that person will video chat cus there's alot of catfish and filters out there you can find a connection on there and talk for a few days then ask to video chat and alot of them disappear lol no thanks I'll just be around if I run into my soul mate cool if not I like my company 😂

Problem is no effort.
No effort in completing your profile.
No effort in reading other people's profile.
No effort on messaging.
No effort on actually setting up a date in RL.

Seems like people just swipe, swipe, swipe...
Having to many options leads to decision fatigue.

Yea ive never met a good quality person from an app and ive tried them for years lol they're just another part of the internet, only point in them is if you're really that bored otherwise you're giving yourself endless false hope and disappointment from thinking that something might develop from it
