This is a guided mindfulness meditation session to help you focus on healing self-love and your self-worth! If we doubt ourselves, it can cause pain and anxiety within us. It is important to express love for ourself and find peace within. Knowing our worth gives us the strength to achieve great things every day. Believe in yourself and become more than you ever knew was possible!

This session is 13 minutes long - It has a little under 8 minutes of guided meditation, followed by 5 minutes of ambient music soundtrack. Let the peaceful sounds and the visual of the sun behind the tree take you away into a blissful, relaxed state for this part of your day.

I am an introvert. I have incredible burnouts after socialising. I get agitated and aggressive. I push anyone away that tries to comfort me in my burnout moments. But because I can act socially and chirpy people struggle to understand when I have burnouts and why... I am autistic. It's not something usual, that people understand. But after being the social butterfly in bloom (masking) there is a lot mentally, physically and emotionally that goes on for me after the event that no one who is neurotypical will understand... That in itself is difficult to explain to people. I look like everyone else on the outside... Please don't judge people on what that look like. Be kind and the universe will be kind back. 🙏

Every time I accidentally smoke too much weed and I become too high and I’m paranoid. I use this video to calm me down and it works SO well. Any stoner knows the anxiety of accidentally smoking too much and being dysfunctionally high, is an anxiety of the highest order; thus pertaining to why I cannot sing the praises of this video enough

Thank you, as someone who has a dependant personality disorder, I often lose touch with who I am at times when I try to please others. This video reminded me that it is okay to help and be kind to others but it is just as important to be kind to yourself and not let your self worth be dictated by others

I loved this! I saw a golden light with a prismatic rainbow sheen envelop me and I was unprepared (im at work haha) for the intensity it brought to me but I am so grateful to have found this video, thank you :)
