40 Minute High Low Cardio HIIT Workout - Burn 349 Calories This is a great cardio workout!! I am alternating between high impact and low impact cardio moves, but no rest in between (unless you need it) and no repeats! So fun and fast, I hope oyu love it as much as I did!

You will need: no equipment
Format: 30 sec each exercise, no rest in between. Move from high to low, high to low.

This workout was really good! A good combo of recovery and intensity. In my 50's and finding workouts like these super beneficial bc of the heart rate challenge. This is my favorite so far of all your workouts and I've been doing your workouts for about a year. I also like your compound workouts and think those type of exercise really great as I get older.

Loved all of the opportunities for jumping in this workout. I turned 50 last month and the more I read about high impact jumping as an essential way to preserve muscle and bone health (as important as lifting heavy), the more I incorporate it into my workouts— several times/week. Thank you!

Loved this - I had tried it a while ago but remembered today why I love it! The ‘tingly’ feeling after - 62 and can rock the jump squats and (most) of the burpees😁🎉💃🏼

I am a sweaty mess. Only the treadmill gets me this sweaty and it’s a great feeling. I love that this workout did the same for me! On repeat!

Great combo of high and low impact. I needed a cardio sesh like this plus the arms got a nice bit of conditioning!
