MEATLOAF:
- 2 Lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
- Seasoning Blend Package (Only Need 1/2)
- 1 Pkg. Lipton Onion Soup
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Slices of Bread
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Badia Complete Seasoning

GLAZE:
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard

MASHED POTATOES:
- 3 Large Russet Potatoes
- 1 Cup of Milk (Or more if needed)
- 1 Dollop Sour Cream
- Salt to Taste
- 2 to 4 Tbsp Melted Butter

FRIED CABBAGE:
- 1 Head of Cabbage Chopped
- 1/2 Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 Tsp Chicken Base
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Fat/ Grease/ or Oil
- Seasoned Salt to Taste
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

I made this tonite for dinner and it was very good. I diced some green pepper and onions seasoned them with celery sat and black pepper. I used the Lipton Beefy Onion flavor. My meatloaf was tender and it was flavorful. TFS this wonderful recipe 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

This is EXACTLY how I make my turkey loaf! I don't eat beef and when I make it my family has no clue they are even eating ground turkey. I think it's because of the seasoning blend, because any time I make burgers, they also don't know they aren't eating beef.

I love your videos!! Great down home cooking. Nothing too fancy that the average person can’t afford to make it. Just great recipes!! I’m in my 70’s. When I was 5 years old my family was on a very tight budget. My mother made best hamburger gravy ever. Looking back i don’t think she used more than 1/4 pound hamburger to feed 6 people. Her hamburger gravy served over toast was best meal ever. I still remember looking at it to find the hamburger. BUT, greatest meal ever. My father succeeded in business and made his millions and my mother still made her meals for pennies on the dollar!!

The entire meal looks delicious. My Mother always cooked her dark green part of the cabbage first because then add to the other. She used her stainless steel cookware and only used her cast iron for cornbread. I am so used to homemade delicious foods. My Mother was an amazing person and everything she cooked was scrumptious. I’m saving this recipe to make again! My 2yo son loved every bit of it!! He ate the cabbage and potatoes so fast ! Then got to the meat loaf (I did turkey) that he couldn’t eat fast enough. He got a bit sick after inhaling his food too fast.
