Today, we have a super fast 8 min no repeat glute activation workout that you can do before your next glutes workout - or any lower body workout. Glute activation exercises can help wake up your glutes, so that you can target the glutes better during your workout. You can lift & grow your booty faster if you start your workout with exercises like these.

Your glutes muscles are composed of gluteus maximus (the largest) and the smaller gluteus medius and minimus, which are smaller muscles responsible primarily for abduction of the hips. During the side raises, you can feel your gluteus medius muscles working, which will help during your main workout!

I just subscribed to your channel yesterday and I did your 30 mins back/bicep/ab workout and I got to say it was a super killer workout I love how you don't mess around and get right into it rather then take longer rest brakes. I really felt it and I am sore now. Thank you!! 💗

This looks great 👍🏾.

Not able to put pressure on my lower body yet but I have been doing your upper body, body weight only and core workouts (short sessions). Not as much as I would like to but my recovery is slow…

Anyway, I’ll definitely be adding this one next week.
