I ran in high school but never warmed up properly and ended up having a lot of back pain because my glutes were so weak
Ended up having to stop running because of the pain
Trying to get back into shape and run again, and these will definitely help!

Top information... I didn't realise until recently that the tight hams I've had for the past 20 years are consequent to lack of flexibility in my glutes.

Save yourself the pain, people: stretch properly!
