At first, it was to fix it, but slowly while doingf the workouts, I realized how happy I felt finishing them. Now, i do it because i feel better, i love feeling soar, i love the boost of energy I get. So, thank you ❤

I used to think it was stupid, but just monitoring my thoughts while working out (ie. "I'm doing this for my body, and i'm excited to get stronger" rather than "I need to workout to make up for something") is a super helpful way to shift your mindset. It also is motivational *while* working out!

I love working out, because it's a way to focus on my body. To "spend time" with my body. Because I love it. It's going through everything with me and it's strong and healthy. And with working out, I feel more confident and I love my body more.

Great advice. It has to be fun, too, not a chore. Can come in many forms: personal challenges, competitive sports, dance, whatever.
