Dang, this dr really did an excellent job explaining this. How come I've not had any evaluation like this, only shots in knees. I've been suffering for over a year and my primary just prescribed Naproxen before I had enough and asked for a referral. agrrrr.... thanks so much for this thorough explanation.

I went to two different urgent cares didn't even have an examination just an X-Ray which revealed hip Osteoarthritis and still having unrelenting spasms down my right leg for over a week and have been taking the meds they prescribed and doing static stretching.

I need a hip replacement for osteoarthritis on my hip. About 5 years ago I noticed a lump on the top of my hip. Why did this happen and will it affect my surgery.

4:56: "She does not have any pain which would be indicative of osteoarthritis. So both having pain and not having pain during abduction goes along with OA?
