There are several signs and symptoms of hip arthritis but I really feel that there are 3 signs that really should drive you in the direction of on arthritic hip situation.
1. Difficulty putting on your socks and shoes.
2. Pain in the groin.
3. Loss of hip flexion and internal rotation.

An old injury to.the right side of my neck gave me, i believe the term is entropy, on my entire right side. The hip being the most prominent decline now. The pain is on the side and back mostly. The muscles are weak. Abs cramp putting on shoes and socks. Tendon pops all the time.
All the nerves are pinched so muscles are getting weaker.
