That steak didnt have a crust on it 😭 what kinda sear, or rather lack there of

??? The pan was way too cold or crowded and the steak is barely browned. Find a new chef mate. Just paper towelling the steak after marinade, or leave overnight uncovered in fridge, and a bigger cast iron pan and woulda been great.
