Sometimes, I just want to make a simple dish like an old fashion and delicious meatloaf. This recipe is the juiciest and most delicate meatloaf that you will ever taste.

INGREDIENTS
50 oz lbs ground beef, 85% lean
3 strips bacon (sliced)
1 red pepper (diced)
1 cup onion (finely chopped)
2 large eggs
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup bread crumb (Panko)

Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar

Mashed potato
1 pound baby potatoes (sliced in half)
1 cup milk
3 tbsp butter
salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
• Saute bacon and red pepper over medium heat in a skillet
• Combine milk and breadcrumbs in a small bowl
• In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix well.
• Add meat to a loaf pan or any large ceramic bowl. Press the meat down.
• Bake at 375 deg. F for 45.
• In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together for the sauce. Glaze the sauce over the meatloaf then return to the oven and bake additional 15 minutes
• Rest the meatloaf before serving (10 minutes)

Mashed Potato
• Boil potato
• Combine milk and butter and heat in a small saucepan
• Mash the potato and add butter & milk a bit at a time until the potato is nice and fluffy.
• Add salt & black pepper for taste
