I don't usually comment, but i must say that some of these are really good tips. Will start doing squats on office days and stacking stuff to get my steps in. Thank you for the advice :)

I find daily weigh ins easier, mentally, than less frequent ones. Just because you get used to the fact that your body weight will fluctuate day to day. You could have the cleanest eating day and then be "heavier" the next day, so logically, you can understand that it's one data point, not the end all, be all marker of your progress.

Assuming you sleep 8 hours, then doing 10 squats in every 45 mins equals ~ 210 squats, not 800.

He just mispoke on the squats people oy! Chill. The video was overall incredibly informative. I have a sedentary job and I'm grateful for any tips to counteract the effects. Low back pain is especially a big issue with sitting for long periods of time. It makes a person feel older 😞
