Intense no jumping EMOM high intensity workout.

Every Minute On the Minute! Full body workout! High intensity! No jumping! Heart rate up! Burn energy!

EMOM; the faster you work, the more rest you have!

All you will need is a mat and a bottle of water!

Basically, a series of exercises and reps are performed with good pace and form within 1 minute period before the beeper goes and you do it again. Each combination of exercises and their reps are performed for 10 sets. You hopefully should be having at LEAST 10-15 seconds rest before the beeper goes for the minute gone.

I would advise you to look at the exercises below so you know roughly what is coming up and the quantity. PLEASE REDUCE QTY OF REPS (as detailed in brackets below and also in pink on screen during the workout) IF YOU ARE NOT GAINING SUFFICIENT REST BETWEEN NEXT SET! It is important to know when to reduce the reps due to limited rest or form being affected during this full body high intensity session!

NOTE:

⭐️ Perform flutter kicks with legs higher if needed.

⭐️ Hollow to crunch can be altered to v sit to crunch if preferred.

20 x FLUTTER KICKS
10 x HOLLOW TO CRUNCH (5)
10 x SIT UPS (5)

10 x 1/2 REP LUNGES
10 x 1/2 REP LUNGES
10 x SUMO PULSES
10 x SUMO SQUATS (5)
10 x CLOSE STANCE SQUATS (5)

10 x PUSH UPS (5)
10 x PIKE PUSH UPS
10 x TRICEP PUSH UPS (5)

Try to think about next movement so you can move quickly into it to save time!

Try to remember once you have completed 5 sets, you are half way through that section!!

Ensure you spend at least 5 minutes warming up before beginning.

Silly me thought the last upper body section would be the easiest... definitely the hardest. That was a mind hurdle to hang in there and do what I could in the minute. Thank goodness my son spotted me dying from the living room and shouted "YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS MOM!" Couldn't quit after that.

This was the first day where I couldn’t keep up. That push up section at the end killed me. I was only doing 3 or 4 reps at the end. Ouch! And thank you!

Ok, just "finished" sunday workout. Like last weekend I could clearly see progress of myself, as today i have another reflection. I see how many years of the hard trainings i have to finish to be in a shape Caroline is today. When I was doing abs, In the middle I had to change last one to crunches ... When doing lower body i rarely got finished everything before one minute even i did squats as fives .... And the upper body ... Oh my Dear Lord. Apart from the fact i rarely finished first two before one minute, from the middgle i had to keep my knees on the floor! Thank you so much dear Caroline that you make us chalenge ourselfes even more!

I was so I relieved to see a 30 minute workout, I thought we were getting a break today! Had to stop this workout for a couple minute during both the legs and arms sets- Firs time I’ve had to take a break since week one! Best workout series ever! Thanks so much, Caroline!!

Oh wow! Today's workout was tough, mainly because my muscles are still sore from workouts done earlier in the week . I held in there and completed it. So proud of myself. Thank you Caroline for giving me that extra push to do beyond way more than I thought that I was capable off. 💪🏾💪🏾❤❤

Every so often Caroline schedules a workout to show everyone that she's the queen bee. This is one of those workouts. I could barely keep up even with dropping reps. Caroline is so damn fit. Love it!!
