Thanks so much for your guidance! You have helped me a lot. I have trouble concentrating without a voice to keep me interested. I will say that I prefer the videos with no music. You have the perfect voice and I am distracted a bit by the music. Trust your voice. A suggestion if I may. Please provide an ending; a coming back to reality. Sometimes the videos just seem to stop and I find myself anxiously checking to see if I have lost my connection or something. It's a bit jarring. As I said, you've helped me a great deal and I appreciate it. Thanks!

this meditation Is so amazing I mixed it with this app that is called BetterSleep and I played one of my mixes which is really coming in the background for some music because all the other meditations I found they usually have music which I didn’t like because I wanted to play my own music and there is mostly male voices and I really like this I really prefer a female voice it’s really calming and I really love it😅😊❤
