This is a 10 minute version of a guided relaxation pranayama box breathing technique for mindfulness to help you calm down and connect with your inner self. This short meditation will help you in being present to the moment. Breathing in prana to help calm down during times of stress, or just relaxing in your own space.
I have found this technique to be very valuable for stress and as an anxiety breathing technique but also really helps me sleep, I hope you find some benefit in it too.

Thank you for this video! I was experiencing outbursts of anger caused by stress level rising above 6 on a level of 1-10. I started using this breathing method every morning first thing I do and have been able to keep my stress level at a controllable level. I have not had a outburst of anger since. Thank you 😄

My physical therapist prescribed this specific video as part of my rehab plan for combatting chronic pain. I do yoga and rhythmic breathing, but not specifically pranayama, so this has been extremely useful and helpful. Thank you!

Hey guys! I'm so happy that people are finding this video useful. I have a few other box breathing meditation videos that are the same style (audio & visual cues) on my channel but I am totally open to other suggestions to what other types of meditations/breathwork people would like to see with these types of cues. Using this for about a month good..minimum voice track and the metronome helps alot..suggest some other videos like silent witness ( you are not your thoughts or emotions or feelings etc ) as well as gratefulness and forgiveness meditation tracks
