5:40 Why SHOPPING is an INCORRECT answer. The question asks for activities that VOLUNTEERS do. They don't shop; *they recommend how to shop* . Read it again: " _If they’re supporting a family that’s struggling, for example, they may be able to give them tips on cooking, or _*_recommend how to plan their budget or how to shop sensibly_*_ on their income." You see, volunteers don't go shopping themselves. GIVING ADVICE wasn't an option._

Hi, my name is Arun and I really wanted to Thank you at this moment. I had to choose my IELTS test leaving only two weeks infront of me to prepare since I made the booking for the listening, reading and writing tests. I really had left with few days to understand the format whilst having to focus on my job, coming home late, busy schedules, etc. I fortunately came across your videos here and started to watch about 10 to 15 videos and remembered some techniques especially in reading and writing. I am happy that I got band 8 in listening and overall band 7 with 7 for speaking as well. I feel that it is an achievement since I had no particular practice.
