$1400 bucks for a used ninja 250. If you want to ride, you won't care about the kind of bike. Find something you won't feel bad about crashing or dropping. You're gonna mess up your first bike somehow someway

A beginner bike is experience in years on the road not size of motorcycle CC you ride. I see all these young guys on you tube riding liter bikes for 5 years and saying 600cc are less are beginner bikes, not true at all, at 60 years old riding a Z400 kawasaki now but back in 1988 rode a gxr 750, in my younger days power and speed was much more needed.as you get older less power and weight is all you need, ego is gone, 44 years on the street. 10 years or less is a beginner, not how many CC you ride

Please think of a beginner bike as anything under $2000, you'll crash the bike so go for something cheap. An mt is quite far from beginner bikes and a 600 sports touring bike will be more forgiving e.g bandit, hornet cb600f fazers.
