I bought this program, 18 minute stretch 6 week program is it ok to share with a friend?

Hi guys. Bought the 18minute routine and getting great. Little confused though as it seems to be mobility like you guys said. But it seemed as though you guys were saying mobility just maintains flexibility. Still leaves me wondering where i should add stretching and if just doing the 18 minute routine is enough alone.
