One of the main reasons why you don't get anything done is because of your intense fear of failure. So today I want to show you how to overcome fear of failure - by changing the way you view fear in general. Because...in my opinion fear is actually an extremely good thing. If you have fear of rejection or you are afraid to fail then make sure you watch this video to the very end.

Fear can cause a huge amount of problems, but you're right, it's equally of value to us if we understand it correctly. Great share

I have a story to tell you

back in November 2019, I took part in probably one of the bravest moments in my life. I was going to perform "speechless" in front of over 250 people! as my solo got closer, I became even more nervous. then it was my time. my family was sat on the very front row, I was shaking like a leaf but I kept my cool and I smashed it! I even had a couple of people in tears including my mum and a fellow classmate. when it was over I felt on top of the moon, as if I could do anything now and it also reminds me that if you put your heart and soul into something, you can do well. now I am going for a place in my student council at my high school to be the charity group leader. The election is next week. Wish me luck!!

Oh my god. This was actually something that I needed. I'm still pretty young and everything, but it doesn’t matter, I want to improve! I've been pretty introvert because of some things here and there and a lot of these videos help me a lot! Thanks a lot, Improvement Pill. :')

Perfect timing I’m about to talk to my crush in about ten minutes I’ll tell y’all how it goes. *Edit*: Skittle we have been talking at school every day. I asked for her number last Wednesday she said she’s talking to someone and started giving me weird body language. So I got rejected don’t talk to her no more 😥 I’ve been sad af. The worst part I think she’s talking to my friend.

Here's a quote of mine

"It does not matter if we fail or succeed, what matters is our effort and the value we provide, and if your purpose is to help others, then you have already succeeded"

Very interesting analogy! Fear is definitely an indication of a Hero Moment, but its is also your potential ideal self telling you where you need to go next. Its your inner guide.

I have collected many "heroic moments" (as you called it), but honestly it's never enough. I've left home to be on my own. I've accomplished far more than anyone in my family ever believed I could, I've endured/overcome abuse as a child, and etc etc. .... but it's never enough. No matter how many times I've faced my fear, in my mind it doesn't matter. No amount of those amounts equate to being braver or feeling more capable the next time. I would love to say that this works, but in all honesty and in my life experience this has proven to never work out this way for me. ....Great video though. Love your videos :)

This concept reminds me of the cookie jar method from David Goggins. Being reminded of our dipping points and heroic moments. Keep it up improvement pill!
