I think it takes me some more time to come out of this phase.I feel so sad and anxiety. Everyday is like fighting with inner me continues negative thoughts are killing my energy. I feel hopeless and aimless. I know this won't last for long .
I won't give up so easily .
For all those who are going through difficult situations don't give up guys we can get through this

Getting closer to God and praying to him and reading His words Quran always helps me with Stress and anxiety. This world is temporary and we must know our purpose here….always working and searching perfection and wealth is a never ending desire….Our purpose is to Worship our creator and do what is right. Leave the rest with the creator. God test us to learn…so be patient and to get closer to him…try to see the wisdom behind…Alhamdullilah for this beautiful religion Islam and the Holy Quran.

Spirit of anxiety also comes from the devil it is also tormenting our mind of being defeated. We need God to intervene to help us overcome. For me I've found the most effective technique is to adjust my breathing pattern. Also in every disappointment I teach myself to learn a lesson, as it's no longer a failure, but just a stepping stone to achieving success

I was so damn scared about a image which was popping up in my head and feared it might come true.

But the realisation that its just a thought and i am beyond my thoughts just liberated me from weeks old fear.
