Watching Chef Ramsay cook is surprisingly relaxing. I don't get bored and fall asleep, like I do when I listen to other chefs. I learn better techniques from Ramsay while also staying in tune and relaxed.

Another important tip:
Drop your steak on the ground before cooking it. It gives it that nice shoe flavor.

My tips for cooking Pasta:
- Use a large Pot and heat your Water in a boiler!!
- Season the water with salt!
- Add the Pasta and give it a stir every now and then!
- Never use a It will boil over!
- Oliver Oil is USELESS!!! Oil floats on Water and goes down the drain!
- Drain the Pasta and save a little bit of water! This stop the Pasta from going dry!
- Never rinse Pasta with cold water, or else it won´t be able to absorb the sauce!

About the letting the meat sit at room temperature tip, it's a good tip but you forgot to say "sprinkle some salt on the meat", not for seasoning, but because bacteria don't like salt at all, and a steak left out for 20-30 minutes won't go bad but might taste funky

Tips for making burgers:

- Use Ground Chuck, perfect balance of fat and meat. Sirloin and Round will dry up on you too quick and break apart. If you're trying to go healthy then just use turkey or make something else.
- Season with salt on top when cooking, not when forming them. If you season when you form the burgers they get a sausage like consistency. If you happen to be grinding and season before that...it will no longer be a burger and will have the texture of a sausage like patty.
- Use a good amount of heat.
- If you like mayo then dust both buns with it before place the burger on the bun, this will prevent the buns from absorbing the juices and getting soggy on you.

The meat thing is a really good tip; cooking a cold steak vs a room temp one causes a major difference in texture.
