What gets me is when I follow mac and cheese recipes you have to add the milk in slowly so you don't break the rue(don't know how it's spelled but it's the flour and butter thing) you have to add the cheese in slowly so it melts evenly so the fact that you were just slapping everything together just blew my mind dude
