2:27 Frank needs to take extreme pride in his pasta sauce. Gordon straight up told him he loved the sauce 3 times. Normally he only compliments once about stuff being good. This sauce must have blown him away.

The last one with the “you should!” Moment is another time that Ramsey recognizes the father figures he didn’t have. Her father was a largely positive role in her life (he talks about how her video to get into Hell’s Kitchen got him teary eyed in the DVD commentary because she said her dad was the best judge she has in life because she’s never given him a dish that he thought was “perfect” but he’s never been mean to her).
This was a subtle nod to the fact that he thinks her dad would say it was perfect.

That quote aged poorly...she ranked in 12th place. Her performance was consistently poor. During the episode she was eliminated, she repeatedly served burnt and raw steaks. The red team lost because of her.

While she didn't win Hell's Kitchen, she DID land on a job of Executive Chef at a few restaurants. She even appeared on an episode of Chopped and was a runner-up
